  One minute the sun was shining and the next it looks like a little rain shower? No problem for the Wildling Marti: thanks to new technology, the Mid Cut is extra water-repellent – making it a loyal companion in fickle weather.

  Marti's upper is made from recycled cotton that has been woven into an especially dense canvas. Leftover materials from previous Wildling productions were used for this. A polyester membrane with 75 percent recycled content gives the Marti its water-repellent properties in a subtle sand tone. In addition, the Shell Sole encloses our feet from underneath – which, paired with water flaps, keeps moisture out reliably. All this makes the ankle-high Wildling a flexible companion for children and adults (and not just) for the changing seasons.

  The children´s sizes have a small dash of color with elastic laces in mint - while the adult sizes come with undyed flat laces.

  Canvas (100% recycled cotton) – sand

  Membrane:
  100% polyester containing approx. 75% recycled material

  Lining / mid-sole:

  Interior lining:
  100% certified organically grown cotton

  Insole (removable):
  Hemp-flax fleece (50% hemp, 50% flax)

  Outsole:
  Wildling outsoles are made of synthetic rubber (partially recycled), silica and natural rubber. Depending on the model, cork particles may be included. Color – off-white

• Fit

  Choose your normal size for a comfortable fit.

• Care

  Waterproofing before first-time wear

  There is no need to apply waterproofing treatment to the entire shoe right out of the box.

  Cleaning

  The best way to clean soiled shoes is by knocking them together when they are dry, brushing them carefully as needed when dry, or by wiping them carefully with a damp cloth. Not machine washable.

  We recommend removing the insoles from the shoes after use for airing and to avoid moisture build-up.
  They can be carefully washed by hand. Allow to dry completely before putting them back. Not machine washable.

  Post-treatment

  We recommend follow-up waterproofing treatments with a suitable product if necessary.

• Additional notes

  Every single shoe is a handmade one of a kind, with an upper made from natural material. The structure and coloration may exhibit minor irregularities.

  A hue appears different depending on the lighting conditions. That's why colors always look a little different on the screen, in artificial light at home, or outside in sunlight.

  When putting on, please note: Widen the opening of the shoe sufficiently by loosening the laces. This minimizes wear on the material and extends the life of the shoe.
