Finding the right size
Wildlings snuggle gently around our feet and provide an extremely comfortable fit from the toe to the heel. They fit according to a standard shoe size with the recommended thumb's width of space in front of the toes. There are various methods to determine the right shoe size in Wildlings, especially for the first pair of Wildlings or during growth spurts:

First method: Measure the foot length and check the table
You will need:
- A sheet of Paper
- Pen or pencil
- Ruler
- Socks of the thickness that will later be worn in the shoe
Paper is ideal for precise measurements and millimeter work. It is important to measure both feet, as feet are not always the same length. It is best to take the measurement in the thickest socks that will later be worn in the shoe to allow for sufficient space.
Place the sheet of paper against a wall and place your foot on it so that your heel touches the wall.
Draw a straight line at the tip of the longest toe (parallel to the wall) while holding the pen vertically. Then repeat with the other foot on the same sheet.
Take a ruler and measure at a right angle from the end of the sheet to the line drawn.
Choose the value of the longer foot and then go to the size chart below to compare the sizes.
Size chart
The size chart provides guidelines for adult's, children's and toddlers' feet. The children's sizes include space for growth. The indicated lengths (cm/inch) are based on the recommended maximum foot lengths. It is also worth taking a look at the respective product page, where you will find individual information on the fit of each model.
Adult feet:
The recommended size includes sufficient rolling space. If you prefer more space or have wider or growing feet, we recommend going up a size.
*Sizes 35 and 36 both have the same inside length, but the fit is not identical: size 36 has a wider circumference in comparison.

Second method: Use Fitkit template to determine size
You will need:
- Printer
- Debit or insurance card to match the scale
- Socks of the thickness that will later be worn in the shoe
Fitkits are printable templates that have been developed for determining shoe sizes for all foot sizes in Wildlings. As ready-made PDF templates, they can be printed out and used as a template for sizing. The measurement is best taken in the thickest socks that will later be worn in the shoe to allow for sufficient space.
Download the Fitkit template in the required size and make sure that the printer settings are correct before printing: Set zoom/scaling to 100 percent and “print borderless”.
Place a debit, insurance or other card in the same format on the gray field of the printed Fitkit. This allows you to ensure that the scale is correct.
Fold the printed sheet along the dotted line behind the heel and place it on a smooth, firm floor/surface. The folded corner of the sheet should be pressed against a wall.
Place your foot on the paper so that your heel is also touching the wall.
Check the size on both feet and choose the size of the longer foot.
