Xeleb celebrates ten years of Wildling
If that's not a reason to celebrate, what is? In 2025, Wildling will be ten years old – and is celebrating this occasion with its own anniversary model: Xeleb is inspired by the first of all Wildlings.

Wintery mid-cut for young and old
Xeleb is a wintery Wildling for the whole family. The original design has been carried over to the present day with further developments such as a practical zip and the Pure Sole.

Robust, warm and with festive accents
Its upper material made of Cottonea cotton makes it particularly robust, while a woolly lining ensures warmth inside the shoe. Xeleb combines its subtle grey base colours with festive embroidery – putting us straight into party mood.

Upper:
Twisting double pilot weave (100% certified organic cotton) – storm gray

Membrane:
100% polyester containing approx. 75% recycled material

Lining / mid-sole:
Wool fleece (100% virgin wool)

Mid-sole:
100% certified organically grown cotton

Insole (sewn-in):
Hemp fleece (100% hemp)

Edging:
Microfiber (100% polyamide) – gray

Outsole:
Wildling outsoles are made of synthetic rubber (partially recycled), silica and natural rubber. Depending on the model, cork particles may be included. Color – dark gray

True to size
The regular shoe size is recommended.

Waterproofing before first-time wear

Before first-time wear, we do recommend that you waterproof the edging again. This may cause the edging to darken slightly, so don’t be surprised. There is no need to apply waterproofing treatment to the entire shoe right out of the box – that has already been taken care of during production (and in this case, doubling up won’t make it last longer).

Tip: Using a brush is the best way to apply the waterproofing product. If you choose to spray it on, be sure to cover the rest of the shoe. Repeat the waterproofing treatment as needed.

Cleaning

The best way to clean soiled shoes is by knocking them together when they are dry, brushing them carefully as needed when dry, or by wiping them carefully with a damp cloth. Not machine washable.

Post-treatment

We recommend follow-up waterproofing treatments with a suitable product if necessary.

Every single shoe is a handmade one of a kind, with an upper made from natural material. The structure and coloration may exhibit minor irregularities.

A hue appears different depending on the lighting conditions. That's why colors always look a little different on the screen, in artificial light at home, or outside in sunlight.

When putting on, please note: Widen the opening of the shoe sufficiently by loosening the laces. This minimizes wear on the material and extends the life of the shoe.

When using ride-on toys, we recommend additional protection against scuffing.

Children intuitively understand what our feet are made for – no wonder they often prefer to take off their shoes. Barefoot or in minimal shoes, their feet stay flexible, strong and sensitive.
