Once upon a time... there was a Wildling called Red Riding Hood that inspired the Wildling community so much that they wanted a successor. Enter: Rotkap!

With the Rotkap high cut, we'll be colorfully kicking our way through autumn and winter. Thanks to its bright red, the model brings a splash of color into the dark season for young and old alike.

Unlike its predecessor, Rotkap has a cozy wool lining that keeps the feet pleasantly warm. The upper material is made from Cotonea cotton and has a water-repellent membrane. Another new feature is the Pure Sole - it repels water and at the same time provides plenty of flexibility when walking.

Rotkap clads the foot in wool, with its lining and sewn-in inner soles, which keeps warm while regulating the climate. To keep even more warmth inside the shoe, Rotkap can easily be supplemented with insoles such as Wooly or Felty.

What's more, Rotkap is fulfilling another long-held community wish: the side zipper makes it easy to open and close. So: slip them on, pull them closed and off you go on your adventure.

    Nordwolle

Many autumn/winter Wildlings are processed using wool from the Baltic Sea island of Rügen, the home of the Nordwolle. Nordwolle has been an impressive wool supplier ever since its foundation and a Wildling cooperation partner for many years.

    High Cuts

Especially practical in the autumn and winter – the higher the shoe reaches up on our legs, the less chance there is that rain, mud and snow can end up in our socks.

    Cotton uppers

Cotton’s special material properties are the reason it’s used as the upper material in many Wildlings. Recycled cotton is used as well as cotton from organic farming in line with the “Single Source” principle.
