Made entirely from wool, this Wildling shoe will keep our little ones’ feet especially snug and warm. The black upper with its herringbone pattern is made from 100% virgin wool sourced from our partner Nordwolle, and reflects the natural fleece color of the Pomeranian sheep whose wool was used to make it. The interior lining, which likewise comes from Nordwolle, is made from felted wool loden. It turns the little North Wolf, combined with an integrated membrane, into an out-and-out warmth-providing, naturally moisture-regulating, water-repellent Wildling shoe.
The brick red flat laces made from cotton can be swapped out for laces in other colors as desired.
The toddler-sized North Wolf was previously called Akita, only the name has changed.
Every single shoe is a handmade one of a kind, with an upper made from natural material. The structure and coloration may exhibit minor irregularities.
herringbone (100% virgin wool) – black
felted wool loden (100% virgin wool)
microfiber (100% polyamide) – medium gray

Runs a little wider and also offers the feet in the front area a little more volume.
Video tutorials explaining how to use the Fitkit and determine the correct fit are available on the Wildling Shoes YouTube channel.
We recommend thoroughly waterproofing the microfiber edging before first-time wear as well as periodic follow-up treatments.
The best way to clean soiled shoes is by knocking them together when they are dry and if necessary carefully brushed clean in dry condition or gently cleaned with a dry or damp cloth. Not machine washable.
You can find shoe care products for your Wildling shoes here.

If your little Wildling loves ride-on toys or balance bikes, we recommend additional protection against abrasion.
