We recommend size

Sizes 35 and 36 have the same interior length; however, they each fit differently: Compared with size 35, size 36 has a wider circumference.

The recommended size already includes sufficient rolling room.

True to size as measured with the Fitkit. Runs a little wider and provides ample room at the forefoot. For narrow feet, we recommend an insole.

Fußlänge ermitteln

No lining, no insole, no membrane, no waterproofing: the minimalist Feltro is reduced to the essentials and focuses on pure nature.
The mid cut shows what wool can do: The upper material comes from undyed, GOTS-certified felt from Spanish brown sheep. The name “Feltro” means “felt” in Portuguese. This particularly dense and thick material has a natural temperature-regulating effect and keeps feet cozy and warm on cold winter days - while preventing them from overheating on sunny autumn days. But that's not all - the lanolin (wool wax) contained in the wool naturally brings moisture-repellant properties - a follow-up treatment with a suitable agent may be advisable at a later date if necessary.
Because the material is only available in limited quantities, there will only be a limited amount of Feltro in adult sizes. With a cream shell sole and unbleached laces, it gives that minimalist hygge feeling.

Waterproofing before first-time wear
There is no need to apply waterproofing treatment to the entire shoe right out of the box.
Cleaning
The best way to clean soiled shoes is by knocking them together when they are dry, brushing them carefully as needed when dry, or by wiping them carefully with a damp cloth. Not machine washable.
Post-treatment
We recommend follow-up waterproofing treatments with a suitable product if necessary.

Additional notes

Every single shoe is a handmade one of a kind, with an upper made from natural material. The structure and coloration may exhibit minor irregularities.
A hue appears different depending on the lighting conditions. That's why colors always look a little different on the screen, in artificial light at home, or outside in sunlight.
When putting on, please note: Widen the opening of the shoe sufficiently by loosening the laces. This minimizes wear on the material and extends the life of the shoe.
