OFFICIAL RULES
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
2. HOW TO ENTER:
Beginning on October 10, 2024, at 5. p.m. CEST through October 31, 2024 at 12 p.m. CET (“Sweepstake Period”), log on to https://us.wildling.shoes/pages/stepinto , fill in the entry form for the “Room for more” giveaway and follow the on-screen entry instructions. Fill in all required information and also confirm your entry by clicking on the confirmation link in the e-mail you will receive after sending your entry. You may enter only once. Your entry will be directed to one of four draw rounds (“Round”, “Rounds”) as follows:
Round 1: Oct 10, 2024, launch of entry form (about 4 p.m. CEST) until start of Round 2.
Round 2: Oct 17, 2024, 12 p.m. CEST until start of Round 3.
Round 3: Oct 24, 2024, 12 p.m. CEST until start of Round 4.
Round 4: Oct 31, 2024, 12 p.m. CET until Nov 07, 2024, switch-off of entry form, (about 5 p.m. CET)
Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
3. ELIGIBILITY:
Via the website mentioned in Section 1 the giveaway is open to pregnant residents of the U.S.A. and Canada, 18 years of age and older as of the start of the Sweepstake Period except for employees of Wildling Shoes GmbH ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively "Promotion Parties"), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. In addition, the giveaway is only open to persons who have not ordered goods from Wildling Shoes GmbH or Wildling Shoes US, Inc., before (i.e. are new customers). Void where prohibited. Residents of other countries may take part in the giveaway via the entry form in the Wildling Shoes GmbH webshop including the terms of participation applicable for their country.
4. DRAWS:
The draws will be conducted within three days after the end of each Round using a random number generator to select the winners from among all eligible entries received during the respective Round. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The potential winners will be notified by email no later than four days after the respective draw. Such email will contain the prize as described in Section 7. If such email turns out to be undeliverable (for whatever reason) the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. All federal and state laws apply.
5. EMAILS:
In addition to the emails necessary to conduct this giveaway as described in these Official Rules (e.g. confirmation emails, winning notifications), the entrants, by participating, consent to receiving further emails in connection with this giveaway (e.g. reminders about redeeming their prize, notification of not winning, promotional emails about Wildling products) for up to two months after the end of the Sweepstake Period. E-mails resulting from newsletter-signups remain unaffected.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
By entering this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prizes. If, in the Sponsor's opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify this giveaway in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form.
7. PRIZES:
250 discount codes for a 100% discount on a pair of Wildling shoes (“100%-Code”) per Round, i.e. 1000 100%-Codes in total. The 100%-Code can be redeemed in the online store at www.wildling.shoes for goods available at the time of redemption. The 100%-Code is valid until 12.12.2024. Each 100%-Code comes with a code for free shipping (“Free Shipping Code”) which is valid until 31.12.2025. It can be used together with the 100- Code to receive the prize free of shipping costs. Alternatively, the Free Shipping Code can also be used for another order. Retail value of each prize: Each 100%-Code equals retail value of up to USD 159.00 depending on the retail prize of the shoe which the 100%-Code is used for. The Free Shipping Code equals the value of shipping costs (USD 9.90 for residents of the USA and Canada). Total prize value: Up to USD 168,900.00 depending on the retail prize of the shoe which the 100%-Code is used for. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason or if the e-mail containing the 100%-Code and the Free Shipping Code is technically undeliverable for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
8. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM:
Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this giveaway and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable courts located in or with jurisdiction over Engelskirchen, Germany.
9. PRIVACY:
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated at https://us.wildling.shoes/pages/privacy-policy.
10. WINNERS LIST:
If and where required by law, Sponsor will upon an entrant’s written request send such entrant a list of the names of all prize winners.
