Children’s laughter, a stick dragging across the ground, pebbles bouncing. As magnificent as their blossoms are, the plants can’t distract us now as we search for the perfect hiding place. Suddenly, everything is quiet – except for the sound of excited whispers here and there. We venture forward, taking hushed steps and keeping our eyes peeled. Every trembling leaf, each rustle in the bushes, every tottering blossom could be the sign we’re hoping for.
This burgundy sandal is the perfect companion for any spring and summer day, whether it’s warm or downright toasty. It grants feet plenty of freedom, and its soft microfiber upper nestles lightly and comfortably around the foot. The sandal’s cut is tailored to the needs of growing and active feet. Thanks to its long velcro strap, the sandal can be adjusted to fit your unique needs.
The closed strap over the big toe actively supports the so-called windlass mechanism. Through the natural movement of the big toe as you walk and run, the sandal is drawn to the sole of your foot as if by magic.
The upper is made of microfiber, making this sandal particularly durable.
As with the closed Wildling models, the flexible and minimalistic outsole is made of a rubber-cork blend.
The mid-sole is breathable, quick-drying, and made of 75% washi and 25% polyester. The insole, made of EVA and walnut shell, boasts natural antibacterial properties and is removable to allow for airing out or washing.
As the fabric is at a bare minimum, the sandal sits very close to the foot and doesn't need as much space in the front as you’d normally expect with a Wildling shoe.
Please follow the fitting guidelines for finding your size, as the correct sandal size will differ from your normal Wildling size!
